This innovative tool enhances the user experience by providing localized salary data, akin to Glassdoor but exclusively designed for Vietnam. Integrated seamlessly into a leading job board in the country, CareerBuilder, our Salary Insights Tool aims to attract a wider user base seeking comprehensive employment information. However, the road to this enhancement wasn't without its challenges.

Within a tight one-month timeframe, we successfully revamped the UX/UI, striking a delicate balance between modernity and user familiarity to avoid alienating a user base accustomed to the traditional layout. Additionally, we are addressing user feedback regarding the time-consuming nature of the salary search process. As we tread carefully through these changes, we acknowledge the responsibility that comes with it – nearly 3 million users could be affected. Our commitment lies in delivering an improved, user-friendly experience without disrupting the established trust in our product.
