Locket is a social camera app that lets users share live photos directly to their friends’ home screens, creating a more intimate and real-time way to stay connected. With its playful interface and focus on close relationships, Locket brings spontaneous, visual moments to life—redefining how people interact with their inner circle.
At Locket, I led product management efforts focused on user growth, engagement, and retention—specifically within the Vietnamese market. I conducted in-depth user interviews, surveys, and behavior analysis to uncover cultural insights and friction points in the friend connection and onboarding flows. Leveraging these findings, I ideated and prioritized product experiments to enhance the user experience, including notification flows, caption features, and localized invite mechanisms. I collaborated cross-functionally to deliver impactful iterations. My work helped strengthen Locket’s global expansion and deepen its relevance in new cultural contexts.
