E-commerce platform designed exclusively for Vietnamese living overseas who wish to send flowers and gifts to their loved ones in Vietnam seamlessly. I understand the unique challenges faced by our target audience, and our platform is tailored to address these concerns. One significant hurdle is the preference for credit or debit card payments over traditional bank transfers. To meet this demand, I have implemented secure payment gateways and digital banking workflows that facilitate transactions from foreign purchasers, ensuring both convenience and trust.

As this is my inaugural venture into e-commerce, I navigated the complexities of setting up payment processes and automation workflows, learning and adapting to provide a smooth experience. Recognizing that the target audience may not be tech-savvy, we prioritize a user-friendly interface, making the entire process as easy as 1, 2, 3. My commitment is to enhance the experience of sending love and gifts across borders, eliminating the need to rely on friends and relatives for assistance.

What I Did & Results

Leveraged comprehensive market research, customer interviews, and benchmarking to strategically position products with compelling messaging, resulting in an immediate influx of 300 incoming traffic during a small-scale test launch. This not only validated the product's necessity but also showcased its market positioning.
Orchestrated user experience optimization by leveraging data and insights, leading to a refined product offering that generated more business opportunities. This iterative approach ensured that our products resonated seamlessly with user needs and preferences.
Pioneered a cost-efficient strategy for product development and storage, minimizing the initial investment to a mere $500 and eliminating the need for additional storage capital. This initiative not only accelerated the break-even timeframe but also expedited the path to profitability, demonstrating a keen ability to maximize returns while minimizing costs.
