A mindfulness mobile app designed exclusively for the Vietnamese market, offering a serene sanctuary for mental well-being. In a market where mindfulness is still in its infancy, our journey was not without challenges. Penetrating the Vietnamese market demanded a keen understanding of local needs, which are not yet widespread. Crafting a product that resonates with a large user base required a highly strategic approach, given the nascent nature of mindfulness in this context.

Balancing the interface to align with stakeholder expectations while avoiding any religious connotations was pivotal in ensuring inclusivity. Operating within a limited budget, we prioritized developing a seamless streaming experience, guaranteeing a lag-free and immersive session. The project began as a passionate endeavor, prompting extensive research and interviews to align the product with localized behaviors and needs. Despite these challenges, the mindfulness app aims to empower users on their journey to mental wellness, embodying a blend of cultural sensitivity and technological innovation.

What I Did & Results

• Managed a user-friendly mindfulness app tailored for the Vietnamese market, attracting 1,000 users at launch with an impressive 80 NPS score and a solid 70% retention rate.

• Cut costs by 50% and slashed development time in half by smartly refining the app's features post-launch, ensuring a faster market presence and a robust long-term strategy.

• Uncovered growth opportunities through thorough research, setting us apart in the market and boosting team morale.

• Doubled productivity by implementing clear processes and guidelines, showcasing my ability to drive efficiency and innovation in product management.
